Permission for retention for development at a site at BOXD, Carrigrohane Road, Cork, T12P95E. The development will/consists of: The development to be retained consists of the change of use to a coffee shop operation and associated warehouse use. The proposed development will consist of the subsequent redevelopment of the site to comprise of (1) The demolition of the existing warehouse building; (2) Construction of a replacement commercial building for warehousing and storage use, with a kitchen for the preparation of food and ancillary offices and staff welfare facilities; (3) Relocation of existing cafe kiosk with new outdoor seating area with canopy and drive-thru facility; (4) Boundary treatments; (5) Landscaping; (6) Footpath upgrade works; (7) Bicycle parking; (8) Signage; (9) Connection to the existing foul sewer and (10) And all ancillary site development works.
