Permission is sought for development to an existing dwellinghouse at The Lodge, Bellevue Park, Saint Lukes, Cork, T23FV1D (as amended from previously granted Planning No. 22/41002). Works to consist of the following: (1) Remove the existing roof and construct a new first floor extension and new porch to the front of the existing dwelling. (2) Construct a new one and two storey extension to the rear. (3) Associated elevational changes to include three new roof lights. (4) Eastern and western boundaries to be screened for privacy and overlooking purposes. (5) Carry out all associated site works.
