Permission for the change of use from convalescent home (currently used for temporary accommodation under the Temporary Protection Directive 2001/55/EC for Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection) to provide for a 30-bedroom guesthouse with elevational changes and an extension to the rear (north) of the existing building to facilitate a stairwell and all associated site development works including car and bicycle parking, drainage, lighting and landscaping at the former Clifton Convalescent Home, Leycester's Lane, Middle Glanmire Road, Montenotte, Cork. Clifton House and the associated gate lodge will remain in residential use.
