Permission for alterations and extensions to an existing dwelling. Scope of works includes: (1) Single storey extensions to the front, eastern side and rear, (2) Elevational alterations to the existing structure including new and modified window openings in the external walls, the removal of a chimney and a new rooflight, (3) The decommissioning of an existing septic tank on site in lieu of a new connection to the public foul sewer on the road, (4) All other associated site works. Permission is further sought for Retention of the temporary siting of a mobile home within the site curtilage, to be removed upon completion of the proposed extension works.
