Permission for the demolition of attached garage to the side of the existing dwelling and for the construction of a new store extension to the side of the existing dwelling, permission to construct a new vehicular entrance to serve the existing dwelling (as previously permitted under planning permission S/2223/87) and for the construction of a new two-storey dwelling and all associated site works. Permission is also sought for the existing vehicular entrance for new dwelling.
