Permission for alterations and extensions to an existing dwelling including (1) A part 2-storey/ part single storey flat roof extension to the rear, (2) A single storey flat roof extension to the eastern side in place of the existing garage, (3) Elevational alterations to the existing dwelling including a new raised roof over the main entrance to the dwelling, covering over of the front brick façade to provide a uniform render finish to the entire dwelling, a new side window opening at ground floor level and an attic level rooflight, (4) Demolition of an existing single storey rear extension and partial demolition of an existing side attached garage and (5) All other associated site works.
