Permission for the change of use from offices to provide 'day service' opportunities for learning and development, community inclusion and social care provision to adult service users presenting with intellectual disability/Autistic Spectrum Disorder together with all ancillary development. Minor internal alterations consisting of the subdivision of rooms to create 1 office, 8 multi-purpose rooms, 2 sensory rooms, 2 tea prep rooms, toilet facilities and store. Access is to be taken from the existing access point on Monahan Road. Utilities and services are already on site and no external alterations are proposed.
