Retention permission for development at a site of approximately 0.007ha located at Gallaghers Gastropub No. 32 MacCurtain Street corner of MacCurtain Street and Bridge Street Cork City. the development consists of the retention of short term letting use (totalling 139.8 sq m gross floor space) at third second and part first floors of 1 no. two bedroom apartment unit (69.4 sq m) located on third floor 1 no. one bedroom apartment unit (61.6 sq m) located on second floor and staircase lobby access (8.8 sq m) leading to the apartment units via the existing first to second and third floors staircase located on the first floor shared with Gallaghers Gastropubs operational office staff welfare and storage areas. Overall access to the apartment units will be maintained from MacCurtain Street via the existing shared ground floor entrance and staircase with Gallaghers Gastropub licenced premises currently operating at basement ground and first floor levels. the short term letting use is ancillary to the primary use of the existing Gallaghers Gastropub licenced premises on site and the entirety of the overall premises is managed as a single entity by the applicant.
