Additionally, we are seeking a partial change of use at the ground floor from commercial to ancillary residential use to provide a bike and bin storage area at Unit 1, Unit 3, and Unit 5, Heritage Walk, The Quadrants, Ballincollig, Cork. The development will consist of the creation of 2 x no. one-bedroom apartment, and 1 x no. two-bedroom apartment, and 1 x no. three-bedroom apartment. The development will also include the provision of a new internal staircase, alterations to the building elevations, minor alterations, and all associated site development works
