Comprising a multi-purpose hall, two music and drama rooms, three multi-purpose teaching rooms, a fitness suite and all associated facilities. (2) Elevational alterations and part demolition of 'Maryboro Lodge', adjacent. Change of use to school use and connection to new building. (3) New pocket park, modifications to existing car spaces, new bin areas and bicycle parking. (4) Landscaping and associated development works at Scoil Mhuire, Sidney Hill, Wellington Road, Cork and Sidney Hill Lodge, Sidney Hill, Wellington Road, Cork including parts of No. 19 St. Patricks Place and the public path areas and public realm on both sides of Sidney Hill and Sidney Place, Wellington Road, Cork.
