For permission to: Demolish the existing single-storey extension to the north of the property and to construct a single-storied rear extension of 31.8m2 in its place, to reinstate period sliding sash windows to south and north elevations, to construct a new dormer to the north elevation, to make good the existing random sandstone stone boundary wall to the adjoining laneway and all associated ancillary site works.
