Permission is sought for: 1) The demolition of the existing single-storey derelict garage building; 2) The partial demolition of existing ground, first and second-floor extensions to the rear of the existing dwelling; 3) The construction of a new two-storey extension to the side of the existing dwelling comprising two one-bed apartments; 4) The construction of a new second floor extension to the rear of the existing dwelling and elevational alterations to existing dwelling; 5) The conversion of the existing dwelling into two one-bed apartments and one studio apartment incorporating the proposed new ground and first-floor side extensions and second floor rear extension; 6) The construction of two new two-storey apartment buildings to the rear of the site comprising a total of six one-bed apartments and two two-bed apartments; 7) New vehicular access for emergency and pedestrian access from South Douglas Road (R851), and; 8) All other associated ancillary development works including bin and bike stores, drainage, landscaping and amenity areas
