Permission for alterations to existing two-storey financial services building and its site, consisting of the following: Change of use of ground floor to separate cafe and take-away restaurant units. Ground floor front and side elevational changes including signage and canopies. Ground floor extension to rear for ancillary areas to take-away restaurant unit. Change of use of first floor to residential use along with first-floor extension to create a total of 2 no. two-bedroom apartments. 2 no. first-floor screened private amenity spaces for residential use. All associated development works which will include new independent access to residential area, refuse and bike parking areas, boundary alterations and outdoor seating to cafe.
