Permission for a change of use of former electronic shop and stores; No. 32 Washington Street West and former solicitors offices and stores; No. 33/34 Washington Street West to licensed premises, incorporating (A) Ground and first-floor bar (interconnecting with existing licenced premises, Nos. 1 & 2 Courthouse Street and Nos. 1 & 2, James Street), together with second floor stores and third floor stores reinstated to attic space only, (B) Internal and external refurbishment/alterations (to include fenestration replacement, new shop front and signage, building façade restoration and roof repairs/remediation to parapets), and all associated site works and services at Nos. 32 and 33/34, Washington Street West, Cork (also adjoining nearby Protected Structure No. 2 James Street; PS145).
