The change of use of the first floor of Unit 7, The Plaza, City Square, Watercourse Road, Blackpool, Cork from commercial to residential use to provide 1 no. x studio apartment, 3 no. x1 bedroom apartments and 2 no. x 2 bedroom apartments. The change of use from commercial to residential use of the ground and first floors of 44 Watercourse Road, Blackpool, Cork to provide 2 no. x studio apartments, 5 no. x1 bedroom apartments. The Proposed Development also includes: (A) The refurbishment of existing stairs, construction of new exterior access stairs from ground to first floor and the construction of new ramp from lower ground floor to ground floor level, the construction of balconies and replacement and installation of windows at the eastern, western and northern building elevations, minor alterations and all associated site development works at the first floor of Unit 7, The Plaza City Square, Watercourse Road, Blackpool, Cork; and (B) The installation of windows at the southern and western elevation and the replacement of windows on all elevations. The construction of a single balcony on the first floor at the western elevation. Installation of skylights. Refurbishment of existing stairs and the provision of cycle parking area, minor alterations and all associated site development works
