Full description from the council file

Permission for the construction of a proposed new pitch and access road. The scheme is comprised of the development of a new pitch (which involves the extension of existing pitch number 3), this development will be facilitated by a new access roadway and junction off Inchvale Road to the rear of the existing Douglas Hurling and Football Club. Permission is sought for the above as well as the construction of a set down parking area, turning area in addition to associated floodlighting and ball stopping netting, fencing and supports, connections to adjacent lands and ancillary works. The proposed development is located at the site to the rear of Douglas Hurling and Football Club.
