Permission for the demolition of the existing single and two storey extensions to the side and the rear of the existing dwelling and for their replacement with newly built single and two storey extensions to the side and the rear of the dwelling, for the demolition of the existing front porch, for the construction of a new single floor extension to the front of the existing dwelling, for small alterations to the front and west side elevations of the existing dwelling, for changes of the existing internal layout associated with the construction of the proposed extensions and for all associated ground works and landscaping. Note that part of the proposed extensions to the side and rear is to be used as a granny flat.
