Retention of minor amendments/alterations of light industrial/warehouse building with ancillary office space permitted (and under construction) Planning Ref: 17/6917. The amendments include the provision of substation and switch room to the permitted ground floor, the provision of doors to access the substation, switch room and an additional pedestrian access door on the north-west elevation, additional car parking, retaining wall to north and east of site, repositioning gate to rear yard and a Landlord “Utility Hut” with dimensions of 3m x 2m and 2.5m high located at the rear of the site on the North Eastern corner.
