Permission for the following; to convert existing residential accommodation at first floor and attic floor to accommodate two new separate apartments, ie. new 2 bed apartment at first floor and new 1 bed apartment at attic floor, refurbish existing ground floor commercial take away unit and provide new access stairs to new apartments, demolish existing rear extension at ground floor and build new three storey rear extension, fit additional door at front to access new apartments, fit two new windows on west facing side at first floor and attic floor, replace 2 no. existing velux roof windows at front at attic floor with 2 no. new escape velux roof windows, and all associated site works.
