construction of 83 no. housing units comprising a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed units. The proposed scheme consists of 4 no. 4 bed units, 40 no. 3 bed units, 22 no. 2 bed units and 17 no. 1 bed units. Vehicular access is proposed to the north of the site onto the R619 road , pedestrian access is proposed to the east of the site off Lower Duhallow Park and pedestrian crossings are also proposed at this location. Planning permission is also sought for the provision of car parking spaces, drainage works, covered bicycle parking, bin stores, landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated site development works at Quartertown Lower, Mallow, Co. Cork.
