i) change of use of existing dwelling to commercial use to be used as a centre for training assistance and therapy dogs for persons living with physical disabilities, together with therapy rooms and training areas ii) Demolition of existing single storey porch to front and a two storey annex to rear and the construction of a two storey extension to former dwelling which is subject to the proposed change of use for use as centre for training assistance dogs. iii) restoration and repair work to existing outbuildings to be repurposed as dog training areas, staff facilities and storage iv) construction of a single storey maintenance garage for use ancillary to the proposed development. v) Wastewater treatment system vi) new visitor & staff car parking area and associated roads and footpaths vii) alterations to existing dwelling and outbuildings subject to the proposed change of use together with all associated site works.
