Change of use of existing dwelling from Residential to Commercial use involving persons with special needs and assistance dogs. iii Construction of a two storey annex to rear of existing dwelling. iv Construction of a single storey detached garage. v. waste water treatment system. vi. new car parking area and associated roads and footpaths. vii. alterations to existing dwelling and all associated site works.
