Full description from the council file

The construction of 42 no. residential units consisting of 24 no. dwelling houses and 18 no. apartments and all ancillary site works. The proposed 24 no. dwellings will include 16 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses and 8 no. 3 bedroom townhouses with the proposed 18 no. 2 bedroom apartments being provided in a three storey apartment building to the south of the site. Access to the proposed development will be provided via an existing site entrance from Main Street to the north. Ancillary site works include the demolition/removal of existing ruinous structures on site, the provision of amenity spaces and landscaping proposals.
