a) the construction of a light industrial building containing 3 individual units for storage. b) the construction of a light industrial building containing 3 individual units for agri retail & steel fabrication. c) 6 no. illuminated elevation signs. d) Permission to raise the ground levels of existing agricultural lands to the south of the site, the fill shall comprise of site excavated topsoil & subsoil which will arise from the stripping of the site for the 2 no. light industrial buildings. e) Permission to crush & re-use stockpile of construction & demolition waste located to the west of the site for use in the construction of roads,yard & hardstanding areas around the 2 no. light industrial buildings. f) Permission to extend the existing car park adjacent to Lisavaird co-op head offices & modifications to existing car park entrance from the public road, works shall include demolition of existing roadside hedgerow & fence & construction of a new stone faced wall & landscaping area in front of the newly constructed wall including a new concrete footpath. g) Ancillary site works including concrete yard, access roads & hard standing areas, carparking, site services, site lighting, drainage & site landscaping. h) installation of a waste water treatment plant & redesign & modification of a percolation area as permitted under planning no. 24/705. i) all associated site works
