Permission for:- 1) Change of use of former nursing home to 9 no. residential apartments comprising of 3 no. 2 bed units, 3 no. 3 bed units, 1 no. 4 bed unit, 1 no. 1 bed unit and 1 no. studio with minor alterations to elevations of existing building. 2) Construction of 4 no. dwellings (3 bed semi-detached), decommissioning of existing effluent treatment system on site, proposed gravity fed foul sewer connection into existing pumping station located in adjacent Glenwood housing development to the south east, connection to existing public services, alterations to existing vehicular entrance and all associated site works.
