Permission & permission for retention for the following:- 1) Permission for demolition of two number existing steel containers comprising of staff toilets, staff changing room, staff canteen, cleaners store on west elevation of the existing factory 2) Permission for demolition of one number existing modular portacabin structure comprising of an office on the north elevation of the existing factory
3) Permission for demolition of existing access stairwell & waste room on west elevation of the existing factory
4) Permission for demolition of existing derelict building structure 5) Permission for the construction of an extension to the west elevation of the existing factory & relocation of an existing access road to the west elevation of the new extension & all associated site works.
6)Permission for retention of ten number existing modular portacabin structures comprising of offices, meeting room, staff changing facilities, staff toilets, staff canteen facilities & store adjacent to the east elevation of the existing factory
