Permission for :- 1) Demolition of an existing ground floor single storey extension and sunroom, 2) Demolition / Removal of existing first floor dormer extensions to both front and rear elevations, 3) Demolition of an existing single storey detached garage / storage building ancillary to the existing dwelling, 4) Alterations to existing elevations to include new windows and doors, 5) Construction of a new single storey ground floor extension to the south elevation, 6) Construction of new first floor box dormer extensions to the front and rear elevations and all associated site works, all to the existing detached dormer bungalow.
