(1) Permission for Retention of modifications to the permitted clubhouse. This comprises of the reduction of the overall footprint of the permitted bar and restaurant area from 419.9 m2 to 284.9 m2, modifications to the southern façade of the permitted clubhouse at upper ground floor level including external finishes; the relocation of the permitted cigar room including reconfiguration of the floor layout and modifications to the external facades; and all associated ancillary development works. (2) Permission for construction of a single storey extension on the upper ground floor of the eastern section of the permitted clubhouse to replace a permitted roof garden with an additional four guest bedrooms and all associated ancillary development works including drainage and a sedum green roof. (3) Permission for change of use from a permitted spa with pool to guest bedrooms at the lower ground floor level of the permitted western extension of the clubhouse. This will comprise the construction of four guest bedrooms and all associated ancillary development works including modifications to the southern façade. (4) Permission for modifications to the permitted clubhouse to include internal reconfiguration of the floor layout of the permitted pro-shop, members bar and lounge, members changing rooms and ancillary clubhouse services as well as modifications to the western façade.
