Full description from the council file
The development to be retained consists of (1) the erection of 2no. modified shipping containers for use as a drive-thru coffee kiosk, with ancillary storage and staff facilities; (2) modifications to the existing vehicular entrance granted planning permission under application ref. 21/4057; (3) the laying of hardstanding, internal roadways and 4no. car spaces for staff use; (4) signage; (5) the provision of a well and soakaway and (6) all ancillary site development works.
Planning permission is sought for the (1) use as a drive-thru coffee kiosk; (2) the decommissioning of the onsite septic tank, (3) connection to the existing foul sewer located on the Northen Relief Road, and (4) all ancillary site development works.
