Permission for the following works to an existing residential terrace property – 1 Refurbish existing 2 storey rear extension to provide 1 no. two bedroomed residential accommodation unit – 2 Refurbish existing 1st floor to provide 1 n.o one bedroomed apartment – 3 Refurbish and change use of existing ground floor residential unit to commercial unit with adjoining accommodation corridor to serve 1st floor apartment and rear 2 bedroom 2 storey accommodation unit. Development will also include alterations to the existing street front ground floor elevation including a new side entrance to ground floor corridor and all associated siteworks
