Permission for the following development to their dwelling house, namely; Permission to demolish existing detached domestic garage, demolish existing front porch of dwelling house, extend existing dwelling house at front, rear and north facing side with single storey extensions, change in window configuration at front and rear elevations with new window at south facing side gable. Permission for new detached single storey granny flat dwelling unit located at rear garden of property, alteration and repositioning existing vehicular site entrance, alteration to existing driveway, new boundary wall at front boundary to replace existing and all associated site works.
