We, Bluemont Developments (Midleton) Limited, intend to apply for permission on lands at ‘Orchid Meadows’, New Water Rock Road, Knockgriffin (Imokilly), Knockgriffin (Barrymore) and Water Rock, Midleton, Co. Cork. The proposed development will consist of the following: a new landscaping and boundary treatment to include walls, estate signage, planting and all associated site development and infrastructural works at the vehicular entrance to the site from the New Water Rock Road to the north. This will amend the permission previously granted under Reg. Ref. 21/7265, as amended by Reg. Ref. No. 25/6929.
