Demolition works to remove approx. 47m length of existing boundary walls inclusive of 1no. double vehicular gate and 1no. pedestrian gate. Removal of existing concrete footpath and concrete median at public road edge. Construction of a new 1200mm high boundary wall with stone capping, new double swing vehicular entrance gate, new pedestrian gate, new 2000mm wide public footpath, new carpark surface and all associated site works.
