The proposed development works include a revised car park area, the provision of a new internal access road, the relocation of an underground gas tank, bicycle parking, landscaping, drainage and plant areas. The works will be carried out within the curtilage of Newmarket House which is included on the Record of Protected Structures (where it is referred to as ‘James O'Keeffe Memorial Institute (Newmarket House)’, RPS No. 00162).
