to renovate and change the internal layout and elevations of the existing dwelling including raising its roof, construct an extension to the dwelling linking it to an existing on-site shed, demolish part of the shed, renovate and change the layout and elevations of the remainder of the shed and use it as part of the dwelling, install a replacement effluent treatment system and extend the existing vehicle entrance to the dwelling, all with associated site works
