Duplex units), ancillary surface car parking, vehicular & pedestrian access to the proposed development including a new road from the Oakleigh Wood road to join to the Ballycorey road, new footpath along the Oakleigh Wood road, widening of the Ballycorey road, connection to existing public water supply; foul water drainage services including the provision of surface water attenuation outfalling to the North via a headwall and reedbed and all associated site development and landscape works. The planning application is accompanied by an NIS (Natura Impact Statement)
