the development will consist of: 1. Renovation and alterations to the existing main building, alteration to front elevation to construct a pitched roof over second storey windows, Alteration to windows on rear elevation to include a dormer window at second storey level and alteration to windows at first floor level, to include the change of use of the ground-floor retail unit to residential use, and the integration of the ground floor and existing upper-floor residential accommodation into 1 no. single residential dwelling unit comprising the entire main building. 2.Demolition of the existing single-storey rear link structure and the existing derelict 2-storey structure located to the rear of the main building; 3. Construction/rebuilding of a replacement single-storey link structure ,providing a balcony area over part of the single storey link, and a replacement 2-storey building to the rear, integrated into and forming part of the proposed single residential dwelling unit; 4. together with associated site works. The site of the proposed development is located within an Architectural Conservation Area
