The proposed amendments will consist of 1) minor changes to window sizes / locations on house and garage; 2) minor changes to ridge heights; 3) addition of chimney / flue on western elevation; 4) minor relocation of garage; 5) change of use of garage to garage & home office. These changes relate to previously granted planning application (P24/60294) which consisted of the construction of a new single dwelling, separate garage, new entrance, driveway, new hedge at boundary, new septic tank, wastewater treatment system and percolation area, soakaways, bored well and all associated site works
