No.: 22/33) at the junction of Clare Road (R458) and Tobarteascáin Road, and consists of: Amendments to the permitted exterior and external elevations to the permitted Lidl Licenced Discount Foodstore building comprising: The repositioning of permitted fire escape door, reduction of permitted windows from 3 no. to 2 no. and their repositioning, the repositioning of the 3 no. permitted poster panel displays, and new plant room access door, all along the south-eastern elevation; The removal of plant room access door and change of permitted external brick material finish to painted render finish along the north-eastern elevation; and The removal of 1 no. permitted fire escape door and associated stepped access along the north-western elevation.
