for the installation of an aqua park that will operate seasonally from May 1st to September 30th inclusive (Previously Permitted under Planning Reference P21/1244); The Aqua Park will consist of an inflatable floating obstacle course, floating access pontoon. 20ft Container for check-in and 40ft Container for changing Facilities, including all associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the authority with this application
