Retention planning application works consisted of the full demolition and reconstruction of an existing side extension to the property circa. 1979 (Planning Ref: P8/13386). Also including alterations to the grant of planning (Ref: P25/258) consisting of the raising of the ridge level of the mono-pitch extension roof by 225mm, alterations to the window/door layouts for the side and rear elevations and associated site ancillary works
