for development, the development will consist of the re-construction of the existing derelict residence, and construction of an extension as follows: 1. demolition of the a. internal walls, b. kitchen at the east side of the existing building c. Lean-to shed on the south side of the existing building. d. existing front entrance porch. 2. internal re construction of the existing residence to include 3 bedrooms. 3. the construction of a new extension on the east side of the existing residence that will include a bedroom, bathrooms, utility and boot rooms, kitchen and dining area, and sitting room. 4. re-roofing the existing residence. 5. application of 100mm external insulation to the external walls of existing residence. 6 site development works to include a installation of a new waste water treatment system. b. construction of a grey water soakage area c. alterations to the existing site access road
