to amend part of previously approved residential development granted under An Bord Pleanala ref. ABP-303138-18 and Cavan Co. Co. planning ref. no. 17/561 (subsequently extended by a period of 5 years under planning ref. no 24/39) seeking an additional 6 no. residential units on the overall site. The proposed alterations include: (a) replace 12 no. 3 bed semi-detached dormer dwellings with 10 no. 3 bed semi-detached storey and a half dwellings and construct 1 no. block of storey and a half apartments consisting of 6 no. 2-bed units and 2 no. 1-bed units, (b) together with all associated site works
