for RETENTION permission for the newly constructed dormer dwelling house incorporating at ground floor entrance hall, kitchen/dining/living area, utility, toilet, sitting room, ensuite bedroom, at first floor landing, 3 no bedrooms, one ensuite, bathroom and hot-press. This dwelling was constructed as a replacement for the derelict family dwelling located to the rear of the new dwelling; to PERMISSION for the following (i) To complete the dwelling house; (ii) installation of a wastewater treatment system and percolation area; (iii) construct new bell mouth site entrance, boundary walls and entrance piers; (iv) Connection to existing services and all associated site works (v) Demolition of the remaining standing walls of the derelict dwelling; (vi) Retention permission for a mobile home on the site for use as temporary accommodation during the construction and completion works
