for retention of (i) expansion of the range of activities at the existing dog grooming business (permitted under Reg. Ref. 18/225) to include doggy day-care use (for up to a maximum of 9 dogs per day) and kennelling use (for up to a maximum of 3 dogs per day); (ii) construction of a free-standing single-storey timber cabin (12.9 sqm) for use as storage relating to the existing dog grooming activity on site; (iii) construction of an additional free-standing single-storey garage structure (119.3 sqm), with solar panels and a wc, for use as part-ancillary storage (69.4 sqm GIA) in relation to the residential use on site, and part-doggy day care facility (35.3 sqm GIA) in relation to the existing business on site; (iv) use of part of the rear garden (155 sqm) as a dog exercise area; and (v) a single free-standing signage board (1220 mm wide x 685 mm high) at a maximum height of 1,340mm
