for (A) the change of use and refurbishment of part of ground floor of the existing derelict building, fronting onto Main Street, from retail use to residential use forming 1no. one-bedroom apartment; (B) the refurbishment of the remainder of the existing derelict building and attached outbuildings and change of use to form 1no. one-bedroom apartment and 1no. two-bedroom apartment; the works will include an increase in height to the rear return and elevational alterations to the rear; (C) the alterations to the existing roof of the protected structure fronting onto Main Street to allow for the insertion of roof insulation and replacement of modern slates with natural slates; the removal of sand cement render from chimneys and application of traditional rough cast lime render and limewash. (D) the alterations to the façade of the protected structure fronting onto Main Street comprising replacement of sand cement render with a traditional rough cast lime render and limewash and replacement of modern windows with timber sliding sash windows. (E) the change of use, refurbishment, increase in height and elevational changes of existing detached outbuilding to form 1no. one-bedroom apartment; (F) the construction of a new two-storey apartment block to the rear of the site, consisting of 5no. two-bedroom apartments; (G) the formation of car parking spaces and bicycle storage facilities to be accessed via existing archway off Main Street; (H) the formation of new connections to public foul sewer and watermain, surface water drainage works together with all associated other site works at Main Street, Virginia, Co.
