Disruptions to Tipperary water supply expected
Residents in one area of Tipperary may be without water due to scheduled works taking place this week.
Uisce Éireann have advised residents in the Murgasty area of Tipperary town that leak detection works are being carried out and that there may be interruptions to their water supply today (July 8) and tomorrow morning (July 9).
The works will impact those living in the Murgasty, Donohill and surrounding areas until 10am tomorrow morning (Wednesday).
Uisce Éireann say that once the works are complete, they recommend allowing three to four hours after the estimated restoration time for supply to fully return.
