Sligo council grants planning permission for 11 homes on Strandhill Road

Sligo County Council have this week granted planning permission to Fermoyle Properties Ltd for a new housing development consisting of 11 homes at Knappagh More, Strandhill Road, Sligo.

The proposed development will see the demolition of an existing one storey derelict office building, derelict shed and removal of temporary structures and construction of 11 dwelling houses.

The development will consist of three detached four bedroom houses, one detached three bedroom house, two semi-detached three bedroom houses, two end of terrace three bedroom houses, two semi-detached two bedroom houses and terraced two bedroom house.

The application also seeks permission for all associated siteworks, new estate roads, public lighting and landscaping.
