Planning permission sought for the development of 35 homes in Tubbercurry

An application for planning permission has this week been lodged with Sligo County Council by KDM Construction Ltd for the development of 35 dwellings at Fairways, Oghambaun, Tubbercurry.

The application seeks permission for the development of 35 dwellings consisting of six semi-detached, four bedroom units; 22 semi-detached three bedroom units; five semi-detached two bedroom units and two semi-detached one bedroom units.

Planning permission is also sought for connection to services and associated Site Development Works.
