Permission sought for development of 51 houses and apartments at Cairns Hill

An application has been lodged with Sligo County Council by Eminence Homes Ltd seeking planning permission for a new residential development at Cornageeha, Cairns Road, Sligo.

The proposed development will consist of 51 new dwelling units comprising of eight four-bedroom houses; 26 three-bedroom houses; nine two-bedroom houses; four two-bedroom apartments and four one-bedroom apartments.

Permission is also sought for associated private, communal and public open space, signage, works to site boundaries, creation of new pedestrian link and access road, associated car and bicycle parking, service connections and all other associated site works and services.
